Chris Burton is a practicing Kinesiologist and new-comer to SunCity Physiotherapy.
Chris was born in Toronto, Ontario, but spent his later childhood and teenage years in Alberta where he got his degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2003. Later that year he moved to the Okanagan where he began to practice as a Kinesiologist. He began his kinesiology career working in the field of rehabilitation, but he has also worked as a Personal Trainer in Kelowna, Calgary, and Toronto areas . Chris is passionate about what he does professionally and has furthered his knowledge and skill set to improve his ability to assist his clientele through continuing education and in particular through training with the CHEK institute, where he learned an integrative approach of biomechanical assessment, exercise prescription, and nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

Louise’s passion for self-wellness is a long-standing core value. When she recognized a desire to support others in their wellness, Louise felt drawn to a career in health care and acquired a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops. After practicing community health nursing in a loving Secwepemc community, Louise obtained a Master of Social work, with a clinical practice focus, at the University of British Columbia in Kelowna. This enabled Louise, as a dually-registered and regulated health professional, to provide counselling informed by her nursing and clinical social work education.
Louise has practiced as a mental health clinician and counsellor, in both nursing and social work roles, in various community settings throughout BC’s Interior. This has informed her specialization in mental health; she can support clients who have a formal mental health diagnosis and clients who do not but are experiencing mental and/or emotional health concerns. Vince is the Clinic Director of the Lower Mission office and the Clinical Education Coordinator for all of our clinics. “Vinny” has been with Sun City Physiotherapy since 2014, and has embraced the Okanagan lifestyle along with his wife and children. He’s an avid coffee drinker, a sometimes-golfer, and community-building advocate.
Vince is an advanced trained, manipulative Physical Therapist in the Lower Mission clinic. He is an established clinician with special interest in Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction, orofacial pain, neck disorders, and headache. He has expertise in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, IMS, chronic pain, functional rehabilitation, and exercise management. He has served as Chair of the National Orthopaedic Division, Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and has over 20 years of Board level experience. He currently serves as the President and Okanagan Director for the Physiotherapy Association of BC, Board of Directors.

Anthony Graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from UBC in 2022. Prior to this, Anthony attended Western University in his hometown of London, Ontario where he received a bachelor’s degree of Kinesiology in 2019. Anthony has furthered his education by completing certifications in Upper/Lower Extremity Myofascial Release and the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Level One manual therapy certification from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Anthony has experience working as an athletic trainer with both elite and recreational athletes. This includes athletes who have competed in the NBA, NCAA DIVISION I basketball, Canadian Hockey League, U sports Varsity Hockey, and local recreational sports leagues. Much of Anthony’s focus and passion lies in helping clients improve the way they move and feel in recreational and workplace settings, along with competitive sport. Lindsay grew up in Kamloops, BC where she competed for many years as an artistic gymnast. She had many experiences with physiotherapy growing up as a competitive athlete, and decided to pursue her passion for rehabilitation with a career in physiotherapy. She did her undergraduate degree at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops and then went on to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy from the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Alberta. Since graduation, she has furthered her learning with Orthopedic Division courses specializing in the thoracic spine, SI joint, and TMJ.
Lindsay is a paediatric physiotherapist. She has worked with children in private practice and outpatient services alongside Stollery Children’s Hospital in Edmonton. She works with children ages 0-18 and treats common paediatric conditions including gross motor delay, torticollis, plagiocephaly, toe walking, scoliosis, growing pains (such as Osgood’s and Sever’s Disease), and sport-related injuries.
She has a special interest and experience in treating gymnasts, dancers, and baseball players.
She approaches the treatment and management of all conditions with a focus on understanding client goals, developing individualized plans, and providing education, open communication, and hands on treatment. Lindsay also treats adults who need help with “prehab” or the prevention of injury as well as return to sport or activities using manual therapy and exercises.
