A FEW THINGS TO KNOW FOR YOUR VISIT

Face masks are mandatory - please wear a face mask before you enter the clinic and at all times while in the clinic.

You must complete the BC COVID-19 Symptom Self-Assessment prior to each visit. Your therapist will ask if you have self assessed prior to starting your appointment. If you do not pass the self assessment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

To minimize the number of clients in the clinic we ask that you please stay outside or remain in your vehicle until your appointment time.

Waiting room seats will be limited - please arrive unaccompanied unless you are a minor or require a caregiver/translator.

Minimize the number of personal items you bring into the clinic (bags, water bottles, jackets etc).

Upon entering the clinic, please use the provided hand sanitizer.

Social distancing markers will identify where to stand if another client is already at the front desk.

We recommend using your home bathroom prior to coming in for your treatment.

If required for your treatment, bring your own change of clothing (shorts or a tank top).

If you are unable to adhere to our in-person clinic guidelines, we can schedule you for a virtual, online Telehealth appointment.

To ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff, Sun City Physiotherapy will be following guidelines recommended by our regulatory colleges, BC’s Provincial Health Officer, and WorkSafe BC as we resume in-person treatment.
